One of only five designs by Dieter Rams in the very extensive range of Braun alarm clocks. It is the only clock design in which Dietrich Lubs had no hand. Whereas Lubs' clocks were reduced, sombre cuboids, the AB 2 has a more playful and sensual aspect. It was produced with gloss finish in a number of colour ways - blue, yellow, green, white and black.
